2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change based on the scope of work and materials required. Payment terms are as follows:

A deposit of 30% is required upon agreement of the project.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Our policy includes:

Booking: Schedule services at least two weeks in advance.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to avoid penalties.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the project, clients are expected to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours.
Obtain necessary permissions or permits required for the landscaping work.
Communicate any specific requirements or preferences clearly.

5. Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect against any accidental damage during the project. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues on the property.
Clients are responsible for securing pets and valuables during the landscaping process.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Our work comes with the following warranties:

Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one year.
Material Warranty: All materials used are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Exclusions: Natural wear and tear, damages caused by environmental factors, and client modifications are not covered.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to terminate the contract.
Breach of Terms: If either party fails to comply with the agreed terms, the other party may terminate the contract.
Notice Period: A written notice of termination must be provided at least 7 days in advance.

Consequences of Termination

Clients are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
We are not liable for any delays or additional costs resulting from the termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from our services:

Negotiation: We will first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation.
Mediation: If negotiations fail, we agree to participate in mediation.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Acts of government
Labor disputes
Severe weather conditions

12. Amendments to Terms
